I was in search of a white tuxedo for my wedding and had called and visited around the valley to different tuxedo places. My experience here was positive the moment I walked through the door: The Tuxedo Lady recognized who I was, remembered me from the phone call, and she immediately built a relationship helping us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. I was very particular and she met every expectation. She got just the right color, just the right fit, just the right style--and she was fun to work with. The experience as a customer and the business model were both top notch. The entire experience made us want to go back, even though we didn't need a tux again. And then we did a couple months later! And yes, we went back here for our tux rental. (We needed wedding photo reshoots.) My experience the second time around was just as positive. All in all, I was very impressed. She went out of her way to meet our needs, calling numerous other people/places to get or buy what we wanted. She went above and beyond. Read more

After a 3 minute call with Ms. Marlene while on the arriving to Phoenix we showed up, my cousin got measured and Ms. Marlene hand picked everything for her Tux look. She looked awesome. The fit was perfect and the pants Ms. Marlene picked for her were not too boxy or male looking. I think she rocked the tux look! If any women are looking for a tuxedo don’t even try any other place. Marlene is the most sweetest, adorable, sarcastic and down right the best person you could ever meet. She made us fill so welcome. The prices were spot on and she added a few small things to make my son look amazing for his first prom. I dont care any other reviews say in a negative way, those people must be lazy and unappreciated to those who work hard to give people the best for thier special occasions. Hands down if you can take a joke and e joy a beautiful professional and making you look like James Bond or Gina Carrono in that amazing dress last year. Stop looking and head over to this place. Great local company. Friendly people. Not to expensive. Tux was high quality, came with shoes. Byo socks. Shirt, pants and jacket fit very well. No complaints at all!
